This has been in my family for decades and decades yet I do not have a lot of history on it. Measurements are in the photos. It is sterling silver and malachite and from my Google research I think it was a second place prize for a military unit but I don’t know if it’s German or what it is. I know it is extremely old and I have not cleaned the silver. It is exactly as I took it out of the trunk. The elastic inside that holds the cigarette is very stretched. However, it is lovely.
